On January 22-24, the AHR Expo was held at McCormick Place Pavilion in Chicago. The attracted more than 1,800 exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors. It is worthy of the title of one of the world's largest refrigeration exhibitions.
All the business units of Sanhua, HVAC&R, and plate heat exchangers appeared, and jointly presented innovations and surprises. North America is undoubtedly Sanhua's largest overseas market. After years of intensive cultivation, Sanhua has firmly occupied the leading market share in terms of valves, micro-channel heat exchangers and VFD.
2024 is the transition year before the full switch of A2L refrigerant in the United States in 2025. In the field of refrigeration and heating, R454B and R32 are divided two camps, while in the field of heat pump water heater, R513a is expected to replace R134a. In the field of commercial refrigeration, terminal chain brands are promoting the application of low GWP refrigerants, and Aldi has promised to switch to CO2 refrigerants by 2030.
The trend of refrigerant has been very clear, and then how to achieve it from the perspective of spare parts, Sanhua gave the answer in this Expo.
These include RFGF thermal expansion valves for R454B and R32, A2L refrigerant leakage sensors, EBV safety block valves, SD2 Series VFD, etc.
The microchannel heat exchanger has significant advantages in reducing A2L refrigerant ge as always. The plate heat exchanger is also known for its lower ge and higher efficiency, and its first public appearance in the North American market has attracted great attention.
CO2 products cover almost the whole table, but far more than that, Sanhua promises that there will be many new CO2 products on the market in 2024, which brings great confidence to the industry. The full configuration of conventional products is already a routine operation, and what Sanhua needs to do is the full configuration and system solution of CO2 products.
In 2024, the 40th anniversary of Sanhua's founding, Sanhua will celebrate with employees and customers around the world, and celebrations will continue throughout the year. As the first large-scale public event this year, the AHR Refrigeration Exhibition kicked off the 40th anniversary celebration. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, with the sound of violin playing, the celebration Party was officially opened. Sanhua toasted with the guests and chatted about the dribs and drabs of Sanhua in North America. The atmosphere of the scene reached its highest point.
In 2007, Sanhua acquired the four-way reversing valve business of Ranco, which fully opened the door to the American market. In the following years, Sanhua has played a strong overall ability of resources and innovation, and spared no efforts to polish four-way reversing valve products and leading the market in the world. In this process, Sanhua took the initiative to use the brand name, Sanhua to expand the American market earlier, and no longer used the brand name, Ranco, demonstrating its full confidence in Sanhua and the recognition of Sanhua in the American market. Today, Sanhua is one of the most influential brands in North America.
Sanhua is also a wholly-owned member of AHRI (Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Refrigeration Association), a director of its decision-making committee (the only Chinese company), and the chairman of the valve standard group.
Relying on the Mexican production base, Sanhua has realized the localization of production in North America. By 2024, Sanhua Mexico will achieve localized production coverage of all business units (refrigeration valves, controllers, microchannel heat exchangers, tubing and automotive parts), and further strengthen its localized service capabilities.
If you are a global talent, Sanhua will be a platform with great potential for development.
If you are an enterprise in the industry and intend to expand the North American market, Sanhua is willing to share experience and work together for a win-win situation.
