Strategic Cooperation: Starting a New Chapter --Sanhua Intelligent Controls and Midea Group Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On March 31, Sanhua Intelligent Controls and Midea Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Midea Global Innovation Center in Shunde, Guangdong. The two parties will deepen collaboration in refrigeration control component innovation, B2B business procurement, and joint overseas expansion, leveraging strategic alignment to address uncertainties in global market dynamics and industrial commercialization.
Mr. Zhang Yabo, Vice Chairman of Sanhua Holding Group and Chairman/CEO of Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd., and Mr. Li Guolin, Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of Midea Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Its diversified portfolio spans smart home solutions, new energy and industrial technologies, smart building technologies, healthcare, green energy, and robotics. At the signing ceremony, Li Guolin stated that Midea's business covers multiple business areas such as smart home, new energy, and industrial technology. Sanhua Intelligent Controls is a benchmark enterprise in the field of refrigeration control components. The two parties have been collaborating for nearly 30 years and have established an extensive collaboration track record in lean manufacturing practices, technology co-innovation, and quality enhancement initiatives. They are each other's customers in the To B industrial sector. Attendees included Midea representatives such as Li Xiaoliang (Supply Chain Director of Division of Household Air-conditioners), Wu Shibao (Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director of Building Technology Division), and Zhao Dongye (Supply Chain Director of Kitchen and Water Heater Division). Sanhua delegates included President Wang Dayong and Vice President and General Manager of Zhejiang Sanhua Trading Co., Ltd. Huang Xuedong. Following the ceremony, the Sanhua team toured Midea’s smart manufacturing facilities to gain insights into advanced production practices.
