Wang Cheng, Standing Committee Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Director of Organization Department, Zhejiang Province, Visited Sanhua

On the afternoon of July 20, Wang Cheng, Standing Committee Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Director of Organization Department, Zhejiang Province, visited Sanhua. He was accompanied by Yang Zhou, a member of regular meetings in Zhejiang Province’s Organization Department and the Office Director, Wang Qinying, Standing Committee Member of the Shaoxing Municipal People’s Congress, Huang Xurong, y secretary of Xinchang, and other directors. They were received and given reports by Zhang Yabo, vice board chairman of Sanhua Holding Group and chairman of Sanhua Intelligent Control, and some general managers of Sanhua.

Chairman Zhang reported the number of Sanhua’s talent. Sanhua built its own multi-level research system, including Central R&D Center, technological center in different business units and institutes in foreign ries. A lot of investment has been put research and development and there were over 2900 R&D personnel. Director Wang asked about the meaning of Sanhua’s culture and paid compliments to Sanhua’s emphasis on talent and technology. He said, “Innovation is the first driving force that relies on talent and investment in it.”

Next, Chairman Zhang introduced Sanhua’s product series and market standing in application of thermal management in refrigeration and home appliances and NEV thermal management. He elaborated on Sanhua’s progress in updating products through innovation. In front of the booth of Aldoc, Chairman Zhang gave a product presentation and the Nano-film instant heating technology applied in portable instant hot water dispensers.

Director Wang asked whether the epidemic in Shanghai had impact on business operations. Previously, key automobile customers cannot produce normally. It had impact on Sanhua Automotive’s business, but Sanhua revived its business after the resumption of production. Director Wang appreciated Sanhua’s work with laughter, and said “Excellent!”.

Chairman Zhang also talked about the “Evergreen Tree Culture” rooted in Sanhua. Director Wang thought highly of “Philosophy of Root” (enterprise is the tree, talents are roots; the deeper the roots, the more flourishing the tree) after listening to the explanation of its meaning.

Director Wang spoke highly of Sanhua’s strategy “Dedication, leadership, innovation, surpassing”.
