China Refrigeration Expo 2022 Grandly Unveiled

In August, the sun is shining like fire in Chongqing, “the mountain city”. China Refrigeration Expo 2022 was officially opened at the Chongqing International Expo Center, and Sanhua arrived as promised. With the theme of “Focused on Innovation and Quality, Committed to Low Carbon and Health\", this exhibition attracted many well-known brands in the global HVAC&R industry. The exhibition hall covered an area of nearly 80,000 square meters, and there were more than 600 exhibitors, including well-known enterprises and institutions from 8 ries and regions around the world. They demonstrated the latest products, technology, and solutions. During this exhibition, famous experts such as Chairman of China Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Industry Association and the president of AHRI were invited to interpret and discuss latest trends. This exhibition could be described as a feast of innovative products and cutting-edge knowledge in the refrigeration industry.

Sanhua’s booth was designed in an open style, avoiding complex structures of walls, and demonstrating products in a clear way. This was also in line with Sanhua\'s expectations: sharing our innovative achievements with every guest and jointly promoting the technological progress of the industry.

At Booth F21 in Hall N7, there were new products from Sanhua Commercial, Sanhua Residential, Sanhua Micro-Channel, Leaderway Electronics, and the product from Sanhua Plate Heat Exchanger made its debut. Placed in the center of Sanhua’s booth were Type P Electronic Expansion Valv, HMD3W-9 Three-Phase Thin Film Capacitor Controller, and High-Efficiency Micro-Channel Heat Exchanger for Air Energy Heat Pump Water Heater, all of which won “Innovation Products” bestowed by the organization institution of China Refrigeration Expo 2022. The exhibition area here adopted holographic projection, which ed the structure of various exquisite parts inside products in an all-round way.

Adhering to the concept of energy-saving, low-carbon, innovation, and high-efficiency, Sanhua exhibited a full range of stainless steel four-way valves, VRF solutions, electronic expansion valves and thermostatic expansion valves for various scenarios, integrated components for home appliance (like refrigerator and washing machine) and chillers, refrigeration components and controllers applied on railroads. There were a variety of products with a wide range of applications.

Upgraded Solutions

Sanhua has been making progress in food cold chain and debuted its new product, “Heavy”, an electronic expansion valve controller used in cold storage warehouses.

In the field of freezing and refrigerating, Sanhua spared no effort to promote the development of overall solution of electronic expansion valve, SEC controller and sensor to replace traditional thermostatic expansion valve. This year, Sanhua released a new generation solution “Hanwei”, transliterated from \"Heavy\" in its English name \"Heavy Duty\", which also meant cold guard. The “Hanwei” controller can work for a long time in a low-temperature environment. It’s directly installed in the warehouse with temperature -35 ° C, to solve the problem that previously SEC controller cannot be installed in cold storage warehouses and the wiring distance was limited.

Commercial plate heat exchanger team made its debut.

In Oct 2021, Sanhua started to develop brazed stainless steel plate heat exchangers. In this exhibition, Sanhua’s plate heat exchangers team made its debut.

Under the guidance of the global dual carbon target, a series of market will rise. Those markets include heat pump heating, combined heating and cooling systems, energy storage, large cold storage units and so on. As an efficient heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger will inevitably become the first choice in these fields, and Sanhua is very optimistic about its prospects. In the future, Sanhua will increase investment and build a laboratory for plate heat exchangers, which is qualified for international first-class brands. In addition, plate heat exchanger is also a strong supplement to the overall solution developed by Sanhua.

Visitors flock to see Sanhua’s booth and communicate with sales

On the first day of the exhibition, honorable leaders, experts, scholars in refrigeration industry, customer representatives visited Sanhua’s booth and conducted all-round exchanges on Sanhua\'s cutting-edge technology, innovative products, and cooperation programs. Chen Yuzhong, general manager of Sanhua Commercial, also came to the scene to carefully explain the exhibits for customers and participate in interaction. Sanhua’s booth was an eye-catcher for visitors.
